I recently got my hosting account suspended because I was supposedly overloading the server, so I'm in need of a reliable web host that allows proxy sites. Anyone have any recommendations?

ive used truroot reseller before with 3 proxy sites on it and no issues.only thing is site seems to go down alot here lately

Usually, shared hosts do not permit proxies due to high resource consumption. A low end dedicated box is the best solution, and you can pick these up for $50 to $100 per month. http://www.layeredtech.com/ have some inexpensive options. Also, http://www.ovh.com/fr/index.xml if you are in Europe. Smile
Theres a few hosts out that offer a fair large amount of bandwidth for people with proxies e.g. http://www.zaggle.net or http://www.1and1.com

As long as you have high bandwidth they won't suspend your account.

How busy was your proxy? Do you have any stats or?
Try superhosterz.com i know the owner personally
ANd cmdoz hosting is also good Imo Smile
http://www.zenex5.com/ are reliable. Unmetered 10mb and 100mb at good prices too.
