Is a good idea to use the word "proxy" when registering a domain name for a proxy server? I read somewhere that websense and some of the other proprietory filter packages automatically block sites with "proxy" in the domain name. Is this true?
Its bad to have Proxy in the domain as they will be the first to be banned from schools try some synonymous words like
Hideme, keepmesafe etc.

As an optimization point of pay that might not be a good decision but I am agreed with you not to have this in name according to your explanations. We should use Synonyms instead.
